The paint used in baking varnish contains Amino resin, Acrylic Acid resin or other resin that requires high temperature to consolidate. The consolidation process happens in paint baking room with a temperature of 130~180 Centigrade. In general, baking varnish can form a stronger, more weatherproof coating than spraying paint. The color is also fuller. But the process needs much more investment in equipment, it is normally used for larger volume products.
